Default Andre Milar???

Can anyone tell me anything about this Dendrobium? I have goggled the name and nothing comes up. Is this a name that someone just came up with for a NOID? The tag says

D563 D Andre Milar x Andre Milar

This is one of 2 dozen orchid plants I was given for free as they were in really sad shape and the owner was moving. While all but 5 of the 16 canes are pretty much shriveled into hard skinny sticks, the 5 living are green and plump. There are new roots forming and 3 new growth shoots. My intention is to convert it to S/H this afternoon.
Andi

Since most of the freebies don't have tags I will be back for type ID.

I waited and waited but no picture showed up. Or at least I can't see it.

Does this one need any care other than the norm?

Edit: I found the hyperlink.

Thats a very pretty flower. Hopefully I can get it to grow and flower for me.

I found the hyperlink right where it was placed. My eyes and by brain got disconnected I guess . Sometimes ya gotta think inside the box to see whats there .

Its a very pretty flower. Now if I can get it to grow. The previous caretaker was very neglectful of these babies. Hopefully I can do a better job with ALL of your help. As soon as I get them sorted out I will post a list of what I have and need help with.

Is this a good candidate for S/H since its just starting to put out new growth?

Dendrobium Andreé Millar (Dendrobium atroviolaceum x Dendrobium convolutum)

Grow this hybrid in intermediate to hot conditions, or 68°F (20°C) to 85°F (29°C) at night.

Grow this hybrid in bright indirect light conditions.

50%-60% humidity. Keep moist in the Spring-Summer, when plant is in active growth. Grow in a pot with porous, free-draining media. The pot should be small for plant size. Fertilize weekly, weakly (one quarter to half the normal dose). Reduce water/feeding during the cooler months. Common media: fir bark, coconut chunks.

gerneveyn,
Thanks for the addy. I have sent them an email.

cb977,
Thanks for the information. Those growing temps are just about what I have right now. Its 90°F during the day and in the mid70's to low 80's at night. Very humid also. Hopefully it will like it around here.
