Sort of reminds me of some sort of Cattleya rather than a Dendrobium, but I could be completely wrong on that. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will be able to point you on the right lines.

The size of The bloom is about the size of a .25cents/quarter very small for a Cattleya but, you never know? I will give that a look and see if I can find something similar. Thanks

Grand-slam, I went online and browsed around and bingo there it was and the explanation was exactly right. (The pigeon orchid) is a common name for it.
