I can't really help with the ID, except to say it's not an orchid (wrong number of petals).

It reminded me of that, but I thought they had a lot more petals usually. There could be types that don't though.

Selby's is one of those places that folks just have to visit. The wealth of Gesneriads, nepenthes is astounding! Of course, they have a massive amount of orchids.
That greenhouse with the waterfall is unbelievable. You can get lost in there, looking around
