Can You Decipher This Name Tag?

Gah! I typed this whole thing out once and my internet connection freaked out! Grr

Anyway, I picked up several orchids today from a grower who didn't want them any more. I know what four of the five plants are, but I can't decipher this nametag. It reads, "Lotha Anamsri 'Lalcevie.'" I've googled it and I can't find anything.

The plant has leaves that are about the size of my index finger that grow either alone or in pairs on the end of canes. The flowers are a purply-red color and are about an inch across. They're not all the way open yet, but I'll post a photo tomorrow when it's not dark.

Any ideas?
