I bought this miniature phal some years ago, and lost the tag somewhere along the line. No records at all. I purchased it either Normans or Carter and Holmes. The flower is about 1.5" in dia. the plant after a number of years, is still in a 3" pot.

Anyone care to take a guess?

It's lovely, but no idea as to the identification. Could you check with the folks as Norman's or Carter & Holmes? Hopefully they will remember. Then let us know! It would go on my list if there was a name.

I agree, contacting the growers you think you might have gotten it from is going to be the best way to get an ID on it again.
