Blue Phal. NOID

I saw these Blue Phal Orchids at a shop in Manhattan. They are so blue they look fake, like they were dyed. NOID.
Can't say I'm a huge fan but I was curious if anyone knows their name, history etc.

There was a discussion on this recently. It's thought it uses a silver compound injected into the flower stem. It's thought that in future bloomings it will revert to the original colour.
