Red face Noobie with no idea

I recently intherited this Orchid, its been floating around my family for sometime. I have no idea how to raise Orchids so would like to ID it so I can encourage it to be its best. Even if an specific ID cant be obtained because its not blooming or something Id love to assertain what light requirements, humidity and typical temps would help boost its growth. Here some photos, im happy to take more if there are key interests or they arent clear.

Thanks

Welcome to OB!

Unfortunately I don't have a clue as to what you have, but I am sure someone will chime in.

Ok, I might be completely wrong, but to me it looks like a pretty dried out Den. kingianum.

and

I, too, think it's a Dendrobium kingianum, or possibly a hybrid (x delactum, or another - or possibly a different, but similar species)

Den. kingianum is also known as the pink rock orchid, native to Australia
IOSPE PHOTOS

They can take a wide variation in temps, tho it seems they like to get cool in fall to initiate blooms, tho there is a good deal of conflicting info on blooming this plant ...

But they can take short periods of slightly below freezing, and I know mine at least takes short periods of near to just over 100 F.

It's quite dry in summer where I am, and so long as I don't allow the potting media to dry out, this plant does fine. Reduced water in winter (I still don't allow mine to dry completely in winter, but don't water as copiously as I do in summer).
Moderate to bright light - tho direct midday sun in summer can burn it.

Because this is lithophytic - I have mine now potted in a mix of perlite and pumice, tho I know others grow successfully in bark mix ...

My imediate thought was that it reminds me of a Dendrobium kingianum or a hybrid of that so that agrees with everyone else's thoughts. Mine likes producing keikis just like in your second picture.

I'm still learning how to care for this, can't help much there.

Agreed.

The keikis are produced when the plant is kept to warm / humid during the restperiod.

The one on the right didnt actually produce that many keikis, its just very pot bound. We had a colder than usual winter period this year and it flowered well regardsless of the keiki production

yeah I think these are rather prone to keikis regardless, tho I do think culture can affect keiki production.
