caps (upper case) in general is considered shouting on the internet

looks similar but difficult to be sure from pictures

Plectrelminthus caudatus / Angreacum caudatum is indeed the closest match I've been able to find to. Only thing that makes me have some reservation is the amount of curling on the spur on most other plants I find pictures of this is stronger then on yours. But I'm not really familiar with this group of orchids.
