As promised here is a full shot of the plant. Note that there is no compost. The small container is an empty plastic lattice pot.

Plectrelminthus caudatus / Angreacum caudatum is indeed the closest match I've been able to find to. Only thing that makes me have some reservation is the amount of curling on the spur on most other plants I find pictures of this is stronger then on yours. But I'm not really familiar with this group of orchids.

I'll second plec. caudatus...pretty distinctive angraecoid. Congratulations, you have a great looking plant.
