Indeed, Ornithocephalus Gladiatus would match quite well. Apart from the continent....

Without the flower picture, none of the identifications can be sure. You can guess the genus but the specific species name is different story.

I also agree RobS last commend since they are not wild collected.

Not an Oberonia, inflorescence is wrong. Oberonia has flowers in whorls or spirals, not on each side. Flowers are also much smaller compared to rachis. I grow about 30 species, 180 plants of Oberonia.

Looks more like Ornithocephalus to me.
