OK, got a name now. Platystele orectoglossa. The ridge on the lip combined with the shape of the lip, etc...

Seeing the growth habit, especially the size of the flowers in relation to the plant would be helpful as well as a full spike of flowers. Possibly P. orectoglossa

Took me a long time to get around to this... Here's a pic of the whole plant. Cute little devil! I'm not growing it brilliantly, but I think it's starting to get established.
Ron, I think you're right on with this. Looks like the pics I could find of Platystele orectoglossa. Thank you for the lead!
