well a noid is a noid. the best you can probably get is a genus. there are so many phal hybrids out there, and many look the same. so you wont be able to tell for sure.
but the second one is a ndendrobium of the phalaenopsis type. but thats as close as you will be able to get.
the second photo looks similar to a dendrobium clone that I have, called Dend. Roy Yahiro Blue Lip (seen here) perhaps if you search for blue lip dendrobiums you will find a closer id?
As Bob said, with Noid Phals and Noid Dendrobiums you can never be certain even if you find one which looks the same as yours. There are so many hybrids of these that many look like each other and many are unregistered.
The second is definately a Dendrobium in the phalaenopsis type. These can be cared for pretty much like a phal and don't need a winter rest unlike some dens. They need a little more light than phals.
