Bulbophyllum?

Hi all,

Bought this little guy at the Singapore Botanical Garden orchid sale. They allow vendors to come in once a month and set up mini-stalls. The young lady minding the shop didn't know what it was, so it's up you! I bought a few more things and forgot to ask someone else what it was........

Any ideas?

Looks some some type of Bulbophyllum, exact name I'm not sure..Pretty sure others will chime in

looks like a bulbo. fascinator (or whatever it's called now), although not entirely sure as I'm not too familiar with bulbos.
