Among the registered Prosthechea prismatocarpa hybrids, it's a pretty logical conclusion that this is Elfin. Interestingly enough, this same hybrid was re-registered as Synergistic Dream in 2008 (Elfin was registered in 1967) The RHS considers Elfin to be the correct name.
(In most cases, identifying a hybrid with any likelihood of being correct is problematic. In this case, we're talking about a primary hybrid with just 4 or 5 possibilities to choose from)

Elfin is rather variable in color and spotting. This looks well within the range, and there doesn't appear to be any other registered hybrid that could be mistaken for Elfin. That's not a guarantee though. There are certainly other possible crosses that would be almost indistinguishable from Elfin.

Basically I agree, but there are some potential unregistered hybrids to consider. Replace cochleata with Psh. Expectation (cochleata x fragrans), Green Hornet (cochleata x trulla), Exotic's Leprechaun (cochleata x Green Hornet) or L'etrange (cochleata x baculus) and I doubt you would see any clear difference from Elfin. And there are certainly more possibilities.

Most likely Elfin, but not certainly.

No guarantees offered, and I think my first sentance pretty well qualified my conclusion.
