I got this as a gift and the label only said Phalaenopsis. I realize it may be hard to ID if it's a hybrid but I thought I'd take a shot at asking either way

Very pretty Phal. I'm afraid as a NoID phal you will probably never find a name even if you find one that looks similar you can't be certain because there are so many NoID Phals about.

Gorgeous though!
