Default is it or isn't it

This orchid has 10 flowers, 5 on a shaft, cascading. It grows 2 leaves at a time, it was sold as C Hybrida "First Choice x Natchez", no scent. The violet shade is so faint, I'm wondering if it could be another. Robust orchid. The pics on the web are sometimers marked wrong, so can someone I.D. Thanks in advance

There are 2 C. Hybrida crosses listed in OrchidWiz:
Cattleya Hybrida = (Cattleya guttata x Cattleya loddigesii) by Veitch registered in 1859.
Cattleya Hybrida = (Cattleya aclandiae x Cattleya loddigesii) by Veitch registered in 1863.

Also there is the naturally occuring hybrid....C. x hybrida.

From the label, you have a hybrida cross using 2 select cultivars. Is it what it says it is.......

The shape of the flower make sense for the cross, but the color is really light. I would expect it to be darker and the lip to be more spade-like from guttata or aclandiae parent. Here are some examples from the internet showing typical form and color.

Thanks! I've noticed the violet is getting darker as the flower ages. It's on all the petals edges, sepals and lip. It is what it is! Thanks for you help!
