Default Cymbidium - Which species/hybrid is it?

Hi
I just got this cymbidium at an Orchid show today, but the lady that sold it to me did not know its name.

Can anybody help identify it?

Thanks a lot for your help,

Rodrigo

This I believe to be a Cym ensifolium hybrid and is very similar to one I had some time ago,
ensifolium x Nam Khan = Cym Ensi-Khan.
Its definitely ensifolium x ????

I can see a little ensifolium in there as Roy suggests, but it's definitely a hybrid.

Thanks for your prompt answer. After looking at a few C. ensifolium photos, it sure looks like a C. ensifolium hybrid.

I might add that it does not have any fragrance, like the C. ensifolium supposedly has.

Thanks!

Rodrigo

This is not unusual, hybrid can & do loose the fragrance.

did she say it needs cool temps to bloom? apparently C ensifolium is more warm tolerant and needs no temp drop, from what i hear. I like it a lot

We did not touch the subject of blooming at all, but she comes from the Orosi Valley and that place does not get too cold any time of year, so I'm hoping it will continue blooming in Escazu which basically has the same temperature as Orosi, maybe even a little colder
