Got this plant recently, and it is really interesting. It has large broad leaves like phal, and large flower like that looks like a large oncidium. Anybody knows what this is? Thanks
It's a Psychopsis. They used to be classified as Oncidiums. After they bloom, leave the spike alone. They will usually bloom again from the same spike.

Yes, a Psychopsis, though which one is going to be all but impossible to determine. They're wonderful flowers. As Kip suggested, don't bother the spike after the bloom wilts because they will keep blooming from it. I have one at home that is about to bloom again from the same stem that first flowered about a year ago, and which has produced at least 7 or 8 flowers so far!
