My opinion. Yes it looks like a cornu cervi. But, I live in Greece, and my cornu cervi is always flowering in August-September. It is a summer bloomer.
It certainly looks like cornu-cervi, which is possibly my favorite Phal. The shape is correct, the lip structure looks right.
I've mostly also had them bloom in the summer, but that doesn't really mean a lot. I've also had them pop flowers, especially from old stems (and you don't want to cut a spike on cornu-cervi unless it yellows) at just about any time of year.
