Default Phal cornu-cervi ?

i mounted it on wood when i got it in feb-2009. it first bloomed yesterday. is it a cornu-cervi?

My opinion. Yes it looks like a cornu cervi. But, I live in Greece, and my cornu cervi is always flowering in August-September. It is a summer bloomer.

Looks like cornu-cervi. I have found that mine bloom spring through summer. One of mine is starting to form buds right now, though.

It certainly looks like cornu-cervi, which is possibly my favorite Phal. The shape is correct, the lip structure looks right.

I've mostly also had them bloom in the summer, but that doesn't really mean a lot. I've also had them pop flowers, especially from old stems (and you don't want to cut a spike on cornu-cervi unless it yellows) at just about any time of year.
