I don't think so. The lip does suggest it's a violacea cross, but that done with venosa (= Penang Girl, by the way), usually has a different flower structure. Here's one from Parkside Orchids, note the prominant overlapping of the petals and sepals compared to yours:
I would guess it's a hybrid with something having narrower flower segments.
Could be, without a label it's anybody's guess. It does look like it could be Penang Girl (violacea x venosa) or Joshua Irwing Ginsberg (venosa x bellina). It could even be a Guadelupe Pineda (bellina x amboinesis) that came out with no markings. Like I said, impossible to tell by just guessing. Nice flower though.
