I'm certain there's Cochleanthes flabelliformis. I've grown this species. I cannot mistaken it's wide lip with the striations that go from the left edge to the right edge of the lip. It's there. It shows up faintly, but clearly in your plant. You've got one species in the mix down.
I have a little time now to look through some of the pictures in Particia Harding's book, and am starting to see the Warczewiczella (Cochleanthes) candida.
I now suspect that instead of Pescatorea, the recurved lip may be from Warczewiczella (Cochleanthes) amazonica.
I still don't see a true Chondrorhyncha sp. in there.
A true Chondrorhyncha species is something that looks like Chondrorhyncha hirtzii.

None of the Chondrorhyncha traits show up. Absolutely none that I can even remotely detect.
Like I said, this intergeneric may have been made prior to all the genus name changes, it may be going off old names. This is probably why you're having a hard time finding this plant's heritage successfully.
There's nothing on-line, other than my guesses.
