It looks like an Oncidium Intergeneric.

medium to low light 1700-2500 foot candles (Phals are 1000-1500 and Cattleya 3500 as a reference bright Summer sun is 10,000)

Water heavily when watering and then allow to dry before watering again.

Thank you! I wasn't sure if it was oncidium, becuse bulbs are much flatter then in my other one...
