Default B(L?)C cross - "droopy pink"

Hi folks.

A lovely perfumed flower. It's day-scented only and can fill a room. I have three of these out at the moment and they're all in the house. No idea what it is and the labels which say "droopy pink" are of little assistance.

Any ideas?

Cheers,
Aus.

I believe I have it. Rhynchocattleya Tokyo:

Rhynchocattleya Tokyo

Rhynchocattleya Tokyo

I tracked it down after a few hours on Google the other day after making a wild guess that digbyana was involved in the parentage (given the frilly lip and strong scent).

I'm chalking this one up as a win. And no surprises that one of the first images I found was on OB...

Cheers,
Aus.

It looks similar but there is no way that you can know for sure what it is so you prob. shouldn't label it...

Just checked notes on my plant and it is a Cattleya Sea Breeze 'Blue Ribbon'. Mine is blooming now but I cant post pics yet or for some reason.

A couple of more recent pics. It doesn't seem as "blue" as "Blue Ribbon".

Cheers,
Aus.
