Very much reminds me of a Epidendrum hybrid I used to have, I think it was a radicans hybrid. Made keiki's the same way as on your photo.
So another vote for Epidendrum .
Nice looking plant, by the way. Looks very healthy. Would be interesting to see another photo once you've gotten it in bloom so we can see what it is!
