If that's not an Epidendrum I'll eat my hat. And I'd stay clear of that guy who said it was "a type of cymbidium". Yikes! We grow masses of Dendobium in Aus and I've never seem a young Dendrobium like that. Look at the old root system at top of pic. Looks like one keiki (pup) on an old cane, and two new keikis stuck in the container. Time will tell.

Very much reminds me of a Epidendrum hybrid I used to have, I think it was a radicans hybrid. Made keiki's the same way as on your photo.
So another vote for Epidendrum .
Nice looking plant, by the way. Looks very healthy. Would be interesting to see another photo once you've gotten it in bloom so we can see what it is!
