Little octopus need help

Another mystery orchid bloom in my orchid garden despite the dry season. This one is a small flower with labellum width about half an inch. I'm not sure whether this is Encyclia cochleata since I never see one anyway and reference in internet describe the flower is larger than an inch.

And almost forgot to mention, the flower has a subtle fragrance of baby talc (powder). Similar to Dendrobium trilamellatum.
