The first one looks like a Phaius hybrid? and the second one might be a Burrageara Nelly Isler?

The first one is probably a Phaius although the plant itself looks more like a Calanthe... maybe a Phaiocalanthe?

Pretty close... yours has a pale centre though. Try Phaius Dan Rosenberg?
