Default Anyone??? ID help needed

all! This is my first post here after reading the heck out of this site for a while. I need a little help ID'ing two of the three orchids I own. And maybe a newbie question too.
First the names:
#1

#2

My 3rd Orchid is a Den. Norma Jackson x Den. Pink Sunshine, or at least that's what the tag said. I bought this plant while it was out of bloom because it looked so healthy and nicely formed. So I have no idea what it'll be like. Maybe that's part of the fun, wait and see...

Here's where they live:

This is in my master bathroom. There is a large triangle tub in front of the plants, a shower stall to the left and the window is East facing. It gets a lot of morning light pouring through up untill about 11 to 11:30ish am.

My last question is this: When I bought #1 it was in bloom and if I recall correctly it was a dark pinky/purple. But as you can clearly see that is no longer the case with these new blooms. Am I crazy or is it possible that this orchid changed colors on me? I know other plants like irises can do that. Dark purple flowers sometimes return to their base color of yellow.

Thanks for the help!

Chas

Chas, first off, welcome to the OB. Hope you stay around and enjoy all the things we do and write about!

Your pictures aren't showing up. If you will re-post with that problem fixed I'm sure someone will jump in and try to help.

Thanks! OK, I think I did something better, probably not the most correct way, but it works...

That fixed it!
Pic #1 and #2 are of Phalaenopsis orchids.
No, they do not 'change color' with the exception that some of them fade after being open for a time.
The Dendrobium might be happier with more light but I'll let someone else handle that.
Nope, don't think you're crazy, just not remembering correctly.

Thanks! I kinda knew that #1 & #2 were Phals.
I guess I was more interested in knowing what #2 was. I also bought that one blind. It had buds on the stalk, but none open. Again, the plant looked very healthy, so I bought it. The flower is smallish in size, maybe an inch and a half across. It came from that wonderful plant and lumber store: Home Depot.
