Please identify this orchid

Hi,

My flowers are about 6cm wide and probably greener than those in your picture. Should I be concerned at the rather rapid leaf loss since it took up residence a week or so ago? Or is this normal after flowering? The flowers are starting to drop and I'm ending up with the larger canes becoming very bare with just a few leaves at the top. Do the bare canes do anything or will they eventaully wither once the nutrients have been absorbed back into the plant? Will new canes sprout from the base of the plant?
