Default Noid Phal...Any Ideas?

Hello All,
This plant was given to me recently as a gift. It is fairly compact, about 10" tall. The blooms are large, I'd say 3.5-4" across. Does anyone have an idea of what cultivar it is? Also it is planted in sphag moss...from what I've read I need to wait until after it is finished blooming to repot...is this correct? The roots seem to be in good shape for now.
Thanks in advance for any help!
Dan

NO IDea what it's name is, but it looks great. If the roots look good, just be careful not to keep it too wet in the moss. It could be in bloom for a long time, so watch the water, and enjoy.

Ok...thanks a bunch! I have read that the yellow phals can be in bloom for quite a while...all the better.

I have no clue what cultivar it could be, but it's beautiful!
