There are many different kinds of Dendrobiums, one being Dend. phaleanopsis. The flowers very closely look like Phal. flowers so hence, the name. Yours is definitely a Dend. which can be identified just by the infloresence these flowers are on. Phals and Dends are very different looking and no mistaking, once you've seen both. Phals are monopodial, the rhizome is erect and it's leaves grow on each side of the rhizome. Dends. typically grow pseudobulbs (with leaves) and grow along a rhizome that's usually parallel.
