Unknown maxillaria (?)
This was in La Fortuna. I got the plant on a cut tree, thinking it would be Trigonidium egertonianum - and it's this. I would call it a maxillaria. Flowers are 1/2 - 3/4" across on a hanging stem of seven.
I put a couple more pics in the gallery.

Try sievekingia
Looks to me like a sievekingia. Especially with 7 flowers on a spike. I'm not a aware of any maxillarias with more then 1 flower on the same spike.
Better pictures might help to get it narrowed down to the species.

Could also be a lycaste. There's a lot I don't know, so that's my best guess. Try to get some better pics.

Kyle is correct, it is a Sievekingia - S. suavis.
Hope that helps, Eric
