just got a new oncidium. can anyone ID it? sorry about the quality of the pictures, i'll get new ones tomorrow if needed.

could be. or maybe Onc. Goldiana (one of the parents of gower ramsey). thanks. that gives me an idea how to take care of it.

It's beautiful! It's pretty much impossible for a positive ID on it though. I would love to see it in full bloom!

The flowers don't look like they are all the way open to me. Are they?

I realize finding exactly what that is is a shot in the dark but that looks an awful lot like one I have labelled 'Onc. Ampilatum x Sibling'.

Gower Ramsey has a long flower spike and the flowers are spaced out, big plant too, not as compact as this one. I have to go with Sweet Sugar. Very popular hybrid with a compact plant figure and flower spike....like a bonsai!
