It is late in the growing season for many home orchid growers, not sure where you are, and this plant is going to slow down growing soon. I would wait 'til spring to repot like junebug did. Spring is when your den will really benefit. When you do repot, the oldest cane (the one in the center of the pot now) needs to be out towards the pot rim. The newest cane, to the left in your pic, needs to be more in the pot center. These dens 'walk' across the pot so you need to give it some space to grow.
