I think I found the name for your Phals.
Sorry the pics are so grainy. The book I scanned them from was huge, heavy and bulky.

Taken from Mark Griffiths book. THE ORCHID.
Phalaenopsis Bonne Nuit 'Trinity'.
A cross between Phalaenopsis Saint Martin and P. Beaumont that recived an Award of Merit in 1988.

Phalaenopsis Aubrac 'Monique"
Despite the demand for colourful, veined varieties, there was still room for the classic, snowy-white moth orchid. Produced by the French growers Vacherot & Lecoufle, Phalaenopsis Aubrac 'Monique' won an Award of Merit in 1984. It is one of the finest large, white-flowered Phalaenopsis, plants taht are themselves striking examples of the vagaries of horticultural fashion: what had been a rich man's fancy in 1900 was toward the century's end, commonplace, available from most florists and supermarkets and visible in the lobbies of countless office buildings.
