Don't mean to be critical but the picture is too blurred to ID anything more than a phal flower. Having said that hybrid phals are notoriously difficult to ID even in the best of hands.....
Post a better picture and maybe someone will be able to help more

I believe I have seen a number of these being sold at the local safeway and fred meyer stores of our areas (Portland to Salem) - none of them with id's - as noted in the previous post - unless you could find out from the source, it is unlikely you will ever know the actual cross - there are far too many similar phal hybrids from multiple sources that are similar.
