Question would like id for catt

Hello!
I got this guy without a label looking pretty neglected, however it bloomed! The flowers only lasted about a week, but it was gorgeous. I don't suppose anyone knows what type of catt this is?

Or maybe Cattleya Mae Bly? And it only lasted a week? Too bad since the flower on your plant is beautiful. And odd too for a green-flowered cattleya to be so short lived. All of the green-flowered catts that I've grown have all been fairly long-lasting. Longevity of the bloom may have had something to do with the plant being stressed. At least this is a good incentive for you to coax it back to a healthy state. Good luck!
