Default Mystery orchid (dendrobium?) Tiny roundish PBs in groups of 2-3 with small leaves

Hello!

I recently received this orchid from a reputable online vendor but I think it was mislabeled as a dendrobium kingianum.

Imgur: The magic of the Internet

Anyone have any ideas what it could be? If it helps, they are completely separate clusters of 2-3 PBs (which, as an aside, made it a total pain to try to repot!) so it's like a collection of tiny individual plants. I'm having a hard time ID-ing an orchid I haven't seen bloom yet.

Thanks for any suggestions!

I have seen Den. kingianum with that form. So very possible. Care would be pretty much the same if it's another temperate-climate Dendrobium, when it blooms you'll be better able to ID.
