My best guess: Ida fimbriata. Seems like the internet uses ida, lycaste and sudamerlycaste interchangably for this species but iNaturalist uses Ida

Its tough to tell exactly but the bracts on the flower stem match as well and the range checks out.

Once again thank you so much Louis. You nailed it. IOSPE describes it growing on rocky soil in river canyons, exact circumstances of this find. Yes the photo doesn't give the best view. It was taken from many meters below with a telephoto lens.
