First post, first orchid to survive in my house for a year
It would be nice to have some guesses, but I just read about NoID and the futility and danger of relying on guesses. I guess I just wanted to show off this one, it has 19 open buds and 20th apparently in the works, first bud began to open during new year eve and none have yet fallen off! This grow cabinet is a bit random, the orchid is receiving 10k lux 4-12h per day, depending on how bad my GFs migraine is :/

Welcome to the Orchid Board! That is a lovely and happy-looking Phal. I'm not absolutely sure, but you may be our northernmost member!

Hello! How pretty this is. Looks like there's alot more room for orchids.

Welcome!
This is the final stroke. Do you realise that now you are an addict to orchids?

It stopped making new blooms for a while until I gave it some more fertilizer. The smell isn't that great But now there are new ones forming and none of the 19 existing ones have yet fallen off in 2 months. I wonder if that helps narrowing down what it might be?

I don't think the fertilizer and the making of new blooms are related... orchids usually respond to changes in regimen very slowly. (Correlation does not necessarily equal causation) But the plant looks really happy. Congratulations!
It's a hybrid Phalaenopsis, that is all we know about its identity. But Phals can stay in bloom for a very long time. And after the flowers drop (as they eventually will) if you just leave the old spikes as long as they are green, they might send out a branch and bloom some more. So once the flowers do drop, you can cut the bare spikes if you don't like looking at them, but if you leave them you might get rewarded with more flowers - and it's fun to see what the plant is going to do, impossible to predict.

We cant specify exactly which hybrid it i, but it is in the "Harlequin" breeding style with the big irregular red spots. Learning more about that is a deep dive into breeding amd genetics, but its something.

I agree… having been so successful with this NOID, you clearly need a few more . That’s how it started for me
