Dendrobium first bloom, anyone know what it is?

I got this dendrobium as small recently deflasked seedling a few years ago and it's finally bloomed. I tried contacting the seller but so far no response. So I figured someone here might have an idea. I don't know much about Dendrobiums so I have no idea what it is. It seems to be doing well in full sun mounted on a branch of an orange tree with some coconut husk wrapped around the base.

It looks like a hybrid involving species from the Den. phal, antelope and latouria groups.
