Looks like Utricularia jamesoniana
Not an orchid, but it is a carnivorous plant. I didn't find much information on how it eats insects but you can dig a little deeper.

Many people in N America and Europe are familiar with carnivorous aquatic Utricularias (bladderworts.) There are many epiphytic Utrics growing in moss on trees.
