My first thought is Maxillaria. I don't know them very well.

I would also guess "Maxillaria". There are so many, that look similar, this may be hard to identify with any certainty. Especially since the flower is pretty much spent.

I saw your ID on iNaturalist. It was Scaphyglottis. That seems right to me but I didn't find any others in the area.

Lots of wild orchid sightings get down to the genus if you are lucky. Local experts may be able to help more
