Took a look at iNaturalist. The first Maxillaria (3rd photo) looks a lot like Max. pseudoreichenheimiana. Any chance that you could get a photo of the leaves? Very distinctive, with white spots.

Perhaps this was already obvious to everyone, but the second photo is a split seed pod. I thought it was a fading flower... that doesnt help the ID at all...

Here is another shot. It shows a little of the upper surface of a leaf. There don't seem to be any white spots.

I can see just a little bit of the second leaf up (the bottom one could be an old one) and I do think I see some white. It is hard to be certain. So maybe, and maybe not.
