I'm wondering, considering that green pod looks like a flower never opened, if you are deling with a cleistogamous plant. If so, you likely won't see any flowers, just buds and seed pods. Self-pollinating orchids are a problem of wild-collection.

If you don't mind I'd love to see a whole shot of that tank. It seems to be doing quite well under your conditions.
I really hope you get it identified or sent out to be propagated. I would love to have a piece of that in my viv.

The sides still aren't grown in yet but here are some random shots of the front opening tank it's in;
Hopefully everything fills in, got some vines and hoya to grow on the tree fern as well.
