Hello all, to celebrate the Lunar New Year I went to a Buddhist temple with my family this weekend. While there I saw a bunch of orchids that were growing in the temple grounds : Cymbidium hybrids, Dendrobium speciosum, and three of these mystery Dendrobiums. They are grown outside under the temple eve so likely bright to moderate shade with extremes of 40 to 85 degrees plus or minus a few, canes are maybe a foot or so tall with like a tree inch margin of error. The temple had Den. speciosum from the Santa Barbara Orchid Estate if that helps.
Can't see the flowers. But very likely it's one of the hybrids in the Den. speciosum/kingianum group. Like Den speciosum, they can get huge. The season is starting early! (Mine are still barely emerging)

I think the plants in the Bay Area are ahead of the plants in SoCal, one of the Den. speciosums at the temple had a flower spike around 6 inches above the leaves, however, others had spikes just an inch or two in height.
