Growing at 2100 m on eastern slope of western cordillera in Valle del Cauca, Colombia.

Someone with a lot more knowledge than I have will be needed for a species identification. From what I can see of the plant and the flowers, it looks like it might be an Epidendrum. But even if I am correct on that, it's a huge genus and that doesn't give much more information...

I would go to the Internet Orchid Species Photo Encyclopedia, IOSPE, and page through all the Epidendrums. That site has photos of all the flowers.

I know from experience that localized knowledge makes it much easier to identify wild orchids. There are hundreds or thousands of species of epidendrums in the world but maybe only a few in your area. Chances are a local expert would take one look at your photo and know exactly what it is. Connecting with people like that might not only give you your answer but also lead to other adventures. I recommend it!
