Default ID and Care Help Please

Hello All, I need some help again!
A friend had this plant for several years, it seems quite healthy but has never bloomed. She got tired of it and handed it off to me.
Can someone help me ID it? I know it's not a Phal, beyond that I'm pretty much lost.
OK, I could of course use care and potting advice also.
Thank you!

What's its size? Not possible to see something to compare.

Sorry, does this help? Leaves are about 15cm from base to tip.

My guess is it's some sort of brassocattleya hybrid. If I'm correct you can follow general cattleya culture and you should be OK.

This plant needs a lot of light. It's fairly common to have big healthy plants that don't bloom if they don't get enough light.

I wouldnt worry about repotting it until you have had it for a while. Let it settle in. Eventually it will want a bigger pot or you could devide it into a few peices. Either way If you can figure out how to grow it I bet it will put on an impressive show!!

The keaves are somewhat similar to Laelia briegeri but it's not. But it has some similarities to Catts/Laelias.

Wouldn't it be cool if you could get retroactive blooms on the old growths once you figure out how to make a plant like that happy?? The upside is its strong as a horse now. A smidge more light and its off to the races.

I agree it's probably a hybrid with a lot of Brassavola nodosa ancestry. I have one from a retired Society member, filling a 12" clay pot. It tolerates Phoenix summer temperatures and dappled light.
