Masdevallia NoID with white flower

Picked this Masdevallia from a local vendor, a young plant with a few leaves and one long flower spike. Flower is about 1in x 1in with nice white petals and a small dorsal spike, with yellow-orange tips. Center of the flower has a yellow tinge as well. I'd love a potential ID for it.

Hello. Very pretty bloom but an ID is difficult. I'm thinking some tovarensis is there tho. A keeper!
