It's probably not a miniature. It will probably get a lot bigger.
It's impossible to tell NOIDS. There are so many thousands of hybrids that look almost the same.
There are two main groups of Phals grown by hobbyists. The ones with white-pink-dark pink flowers are descended from large, late winter to early spring flowering ancestors. These tolerate cooler temperatures better. Your plant is not in this group.
The others are summer-flowering, with flowers yellow-red-pink in color, often barred like this one, and often fragrant. They prefer warmer temperatures than the white-pink ones.
