Need help with ID - Orchid Board

Had this one for 2 years now would like to know what it is so I can learn more about its requirements. It's been growing incredibly slow I suspect I'm giving it too much light.

Where did you get it? I hope you noticed the snail, which might be nibbling enough to keep it from growing.

Honestly I cannot remember where I got this one. Typically keep all the name tags but don't believe I received one for this one when I got it.

Yeah the snails are annoying if I lower if the humidity in the system they mostly stay in the water but once I raise the humidity up over 70%, they roam all over the place. I have never really noticed any damage from a snail on this particular orchid. It's totally different story with my Psygmorchis pusilla. I can't hardly keep this species because the snails will devour it.

I included a picture of the set up. (Not sure how to rotate the picture I tried twice)

I haven't tried it myself (haven't had the problem recently) but several contributors to the Forum have had success using coffee, or coffee grounds, to kill bush snails. Snail baits aren't effective on them. But you might give the coffee treatment a try.

Is that a sympodial or monopodial plant?

Thanks for the suggestions on the snails. I will have to look into that. I have been putting up with these pests for far too long.

It appears to be monopodial. They grow in a cluster.
